Right To Food’s Indigenous Network’s purpose is grounded in “Etuaptmumk” (pronunciation: eh-doo-ahp-duh-mumk), the Mi’kmaq concept of Two-Eyed Seeing. This concept highlights the importance of recognizing the strengths of both Indigenous and Western perspectives to create a balanced approach to community building and food sovereignty.
