We are a community health centre that prioritizes holistic health approaches and provide care that is pro-active and also reactive to the emerging needs of the community. As per our mission statement, ‘we engage with individuals, families and organizations to deliver comprehensive health services and programs that enhance community health and well-being.” and we envision a community that is connected to resources and each other . We serve a diverse mix of folks from the community who have a variety of unique needs, and have trouble/face barriers to accessing of resources.
