Care Centre Ottawa

The Care Centre, a member agency of the Ottawa Food Bank, serves as an Emergency Food Bank for the Ottawa region. Full Choice Food Market – Guests are able to shop for items they and their family need and enjoy. Non-perishable items, fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, eggs, milk and bread, along with personal care items are made available. Care Cafe (drop-in meal program) – Guests are served coffee, tea and snacks or hot lunch, free of charge, at the Care Cafe while waiting to shop. Wrap Around Supports – Social service organizations and a community support worker are invited on-site to provide support to guests.
