When disaster strikes, we respond. GlobalMedic operates 6 primary Emergency Programs; Water, Food, RescUAV, Flood, Medical, and Shelter. These programs all have a range of components and are highly scalable to the size of the crisis. They are also modular, meaning that we can activate as many or as few programs as needed in whatever combination the situation demands. Our programs can be deployed domestically and internationally. Each of our responses are individualized to the context and location of the emergency, but they all follow the same path. We begin by assessing the situation, determining the immediate needs and how to access the affected population. Once assessments are completed we activate our emergency programs accordingly, mobilizing volunteers and coordinating with local partners. Next we deploy our prepositioned aid and Rapid Response Team (RRT) to work with local partners on the ground. They then receive and distribute aid while continuing to assess gaps and additional needs. As needed, we are able to scale up our supply chain with volunteers building additional aid and continuing distributions. Throughout the duration of each of our responses we monitor, evaluate and report to ensure the effectiveness of aid delivery and programming.
