The Board of Directors follows Carver’s Governance Model. The over-arching Ends Statement for the Society is “Esquimalt Neighbourhood House Society exists to improve wellbeing for individuals and families in Esquimalt and neighbouring communities, inclusive of the Lekwungen, sufficient to justify the cost.”
