Hope House first opened its doors in 2012 as a response to the growing need for immediate relief and support in Guelph. Over the years, it has grown into a vibrant, multi-service centre rooted in dignity, belonging, and empowerment.
Since joining Right To Food’s partner network and becoming a Community Food Centre, Hope House Guelph Community Food Centre has expanded this work. It is strengthening its commitment to reducing poverty, food insecurity, and social isolation through food, connection, and care.
