Quiche Lorraine
July 27, 2026
Quiches are a classic in France. You can put whatever you want in it, it’s simple, economical and always good!
Quiche Lorraine comes from the East of France and has quickly become an essential in many homes. For me, it’s a memory of after school dinners.
Accompanied by a green salad and a good vinaigrette, it’s always hard to resist a second portion.
